Glazed pork belly. So good. Very sweet so have with something tangy (like red cabbage and broccoli slaw with rice wine vinegar, lime juice and a little oil). Also served with garlic sugar snaps, jasmine rice and spring onions
Batters yum a few sunk in the middle but still tasted great.
Super easy cottage pie, I'm doing the minced beef today but using the leftovers to fill some giant yorkshire puds I had over from a rack of beef rib dinner and serving the cheesy mash on the side.
