Made 2/4/2017: Easy and delicious! The rolls we had were really small so we used them as an addition to a pasta meal instead of garlic bread! I put the middles in the freezer to use the breadcrumbs later. Delicious creamy garlic cheesiness stuffed into petit pains and baked until golden brown.
There’s no need to use bread in your sandwiches. At all. You can swap out white bread, rolls and baguettes for things like collard greens, Portobello mushrooms or nori. Then, pick yourself a veggie, vitality-boosting filling like cauliflower, falafel, sweet potato or even a cheeky quinoa slider.
