This low carb paleo sandwich bread is light, fluffy and perfect for bacon sarnies. The recipe makes either 4 sandwiches in total tops + 4 bottoms) or you can make into buns if you prefer. Its dairy free, wheat free, yeast free and nut free.
We like to halve them, stick them in the toaster and eat them as a post work snack with oil and balsamic and some antipasto meats while preparing dinner. They are also great for making garlic bread to accompany pasta, heating in the oven to dunk in soup or let them cool and make sandwiches with them (great for packed lunches and bacon sarnies - photo above of a cheeky bacon and cheese sarnie we made to cheer up the office on a Monday morning).
