Slow cooker bacon and sausage casserole - love this recipe although I don't add the carrot, swede or leeks due to feeding fussy people!! Goes really well with a big dollop of cheesy mash too!!! Mmmmm ;) x
Tonight I made Jamie Oliver's beef stew with a bit of improvising (extra beef stock to replace the wine, plus a splash of balsamic)...baby carrots, new potatoes and leeks...a great recipe and really easy.
