You know the song! Now, take your backside from flat to fabulous with Baby Got Back workout that is designed to tighten, lift, and round!

One leg deadlift for butt - ok so I just tried these.  They're a must.  In addition to side leg lifts.  Stand with legs together, raise either leg to side, keeping toes pointed forward.  You may lean a bit, but try not to.  Squeeze while you do these and do them slowly.  Do all exercises slowly, just fyi, they work muscles harder and force you to pay better attention to correct posture.
