These color maps of Jupiter were constructed from images taken by the narrow-angle camera onboard NASA's Cassini spacecraft as the spacecraft neared Jupiter during its flyby of the giant planet.

Juno captured this picture of colorful, textured clouds in Jupiter’s northern hemisphere on Dec. 16, 2017 at a distance of about 8,292 miles above the cloud tops. "Now that she's back in the atmosphere, with drops of Jupiter in her hair, yea-ah...." 💙❤️🤓 like I mentioned before I was revamping this piece I started when I had long hair back about a year or so ago. But it's still super accurate. Because I love space and stars! 💙❤️ who wouldn't? I've always got my head in the clouds I guess. (I was mainly listening to drops of Jupiter by train, stay in the dark by the Band Perry, and room @ the end of the world by Matt nathanson) ☺️🤓💙❤️ #art #art🎨…
