The most desolate city on Earth: Take a tour of the ghostly Battleship Island crumbling into the sea off the coast of Japan

Hell. That is what the world was soon to become. A lush, green planet, the perfect place. And it would all come crashing down. There was no way to stop it. Starving people, innocent citizens losing their homes, and, in some cases... Their lives. It was truly, the Apocalypse. ((Post apocalyptic rp. One boy and one girl, unless you only want one character. You can be graphic but try not to trigger. No sex, pregnancies, drugs, self harm/suicide. Comment to join.))

The most desolate city on Earth: Take a tour of the ghostly Battleship Island crumbling into the sea off the coast of Japan

軍艦島 - Gunkanjima - is one among 505 uninhabited islands in the Nagasaki Prefecture about 15 kilometers from Nagasaki itself. The island was populated from 1887 to 1974 as a coal mining facility. The island's most notable features are the abandoned concrete buildings and the sea wall surrounding it. The island has been administered as part of Nagasaki city since 2005; it had previously been administered by the former town of Takashima.
