1. Frost together two rectangular sheet cakes 2. Trim the cake down with an acorn template or free hand, saving large pieces to make the stem. 3. Make any touch-ups needed and pick a piece to shape as the stem 4. Dirty ice the cake with a thin layer of dark chocolate frosting for the top and milk chocolate for the bottom. Let set in the fridge for a half hour 5. Go back over the first layer making sure the frosting is thick and even 6. Add chocolate sprinkles to the top for texture 7. Enjoy!
