Cute dump truck counting mat with cards 1-20. Have students flip over a card and fill the truck with that many of a number. OR for an added challenged, have kids roll 2 dice, put those numbers on both wheels, and the total in the truck bed. Lots of other cute printables on this same site (Hot chocolate counting, Ice cream counting, bugs counting, etc.)

Fine motor maths activity - counting using pipe cleaners and beads - my kids loved this today! This is just an image with no link to a website, but I think it would make an awesome math and fine motor center in any special education or kindergarten classroom setting. Matching quantity to numerals is a great way to build early and strong number sense.
