Cornflake tart another school classic Sweet pastry case 4oz butter 1/2 cup of golden syrup 1-1/2 to 2 cups of cornflakes Melt the butter add the syrup till all melted then cover the cornflakes Spread some jam of your choice on the pastry case then scoop scoop scoop lol until pie all filled Then wahlaa cornflake tart ....to be tried with chocolate custard

Sweet Potato, Broccoli & Cheddar Patties: 1 large sweet potato, 2 c broccoli, 2 oz cheddar cheese, salt & pepper. Bake sweet potato in oven until soft. Scoop out potato into bowl. Chop up broccoli, mix in potato, add cheddar cheese, salt & pepper. Make 6 patties. Add oil to pan, bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes, turning halfway.
