1950's cigarette pants usually just came in black. Brighter colors were reserved of capri pants and sport shorts. In the later 1950′s more patterns like checks and stripes appeared on casual cigarette pants. Cigarette pants were sometimes worn with a thin leather belt placed in the center of the waistband. #1950sfashion #vintage
YEP! That was us in the Mid it was the same, except one of your dad's long sleeved shirts that went all the way down to mid thigh, with sleeves rolled up was all the rage. Now those pedal pushers have morphed into the Capri Pants of today..
