While stool samples showed only moderate increases in these genes, oral samples showed significant increases in their prevalence in samples taken from migraine sufferers. 16S rRNA sequencing confirmed that those with migraines had much higher levels of nitrate-reducing bacteria in their mouths. Further analyses indicated that the prevalence of these bacteria was driven by host physiology.
Miniaturised microbial mapping. MinION portable nanopore sequencing is now sufficient to reconstruct >90% of the 16S rRNA gene sequences for species present in a mock reference community, useful for the specific detection of microbes in complex ecosystems.
We Use 16s rRNA, 18s rRNA Sequencing & 26s rDNA ITS Region analysis to correctly identify the Microbes.
