Jalapeno Cheddar Cauliflower Bites: These go perfectly with some some eggs for breakfast or as a veggie side dish to any protein for dinner. Very kid friendly, they are fun to eat and have virtually no cauliflower flavor.

Low Carb. Keto. Whole 30. LCHF. Meatloaf muffins. Makes 6 muffins AND a meatloaf. 6 hard boiled eggs, 500g beef mince, 500g pork mince. Whizz 2 sticks of celery, 1 carrot, 3 fat garlic cloves in Magimix. Add vegetables to the mince with 1 egg and LOTS of s&p. Add herbs/spices to taste. Put a bit of mixture into the bottom of the muffin cases, add the hard boiled egg and squidge more mixture around it and mound it up on top. Bake for 40 mins at 180℃ fan.
