Condensed Milk Coconut Balls Recipe 1 can sweetened condensed milk (400g), 1Tb vanilla essence, 1T butter, 4 Tb desiccated coconut, coconut flakes, Makes about 12 balls. In med pot heat all except flakes on med heat, stirring constantly until thick.  Grease a bowl with butter and pour in mixture.  Chill for  30 mins. Grease hands and using 1 tsp at a time, roll into balls and then roll in coconut flakes.  Keep refrigerated.

In a bowl big enough to fit into your refrigerator, place the tennis biscuits as a crust.  4. Pour the mixture over the tennis biscuit crust and refrigerate until set.
