RECIPE (16 tacos, 40min prep time): -1 1/2 cups (200g) flour -1/2 Tsp salt -1/2 Tsp baking powder Mix -1/2 cup (125ml) warm water -3-4 Tbsp oil Mix then knead for a few minutes. Shape in 16 balls and let them rest for 15mins. Roll them out thinly and fry on high heat for 45sec each side. Store in a kitchen towel to keep them soft or heat them up briefly before using.

HOMEMADE BAGELS 🥯 I love making a batch of bagels every other week and popping them in the freezer to have the best bagels on the hand whenever I want! 😋 RECIPE (8 bagels, 2h prep time): -1 1/4 cup (310ml) lukewarm water -2 Tsp instant yeast -1 Tbsp sugar -3 1/2 cups (440g) flour -a pinch of salt Mix and knead until it forms a soft dough.Let it rest for 1h, then divide in 8 pieces. Push the finger through the middle to make the classic bagel shape. Cook in water for 1min each side. Brush with vegan cream and optional add some sesame seeds. Bake at 200C/400F for 20-25 minutes. Eat or freeze in a ziplock bag.
