30min · 1 serving Ingredients (for 1 serving): • 1/2 cup rolled oats • 1/2 cup milk • 1/2 small banana • 1 egg • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder • 1 tablespoon maple syrup • Pinch salt • 1/4 cup chopped pecans • 1 tablespoon Biscoff cookie butter Biscoff cookie crumbs (optional) Directions: • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8-12 ounce ramekin. To a blender, add oats, milk, banana, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, maple syrup, and salt. Blend until smooth. • Pour mixture into the greased ramekin. Add in pecans and cookie butter. It’s okay if the cookie butter sinks to the bottom! Bake for about 25 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the mixture is cooked through. Top with Biscoff cookie crumbs if you lik
