Oond lamskenkels:30 ml olyfolie,4 lamskenkels sout &varsmaal swartpeper,1 ui(fyn),2 groot wortel(lang repe),2 celerystalk(fyn),2 garlic(fyn),2 tak roosmary,1 blik (400 g) heel tamatie, Oond 180 °C.Olyfolie in diep oondbak. Sit skenkels in en geur met sout &peper. Oondbraai 1 uur tot bruin.Res van bestanddele in. Maak toe met foelie & terug in oond.Braai nog 1 uur. Haal foelie af en oondbraai nog 1 uur of tot vleis heeltemal sag is en byna van been afval.
