Kill bed bugs on the Camino by using heat: 1. Find an albergue with washer and dryer. 2. Wash/dry (on high heat) everything except current clothes. Put clean items in large plastic bag. 3. Shower and shampoo. 4. Put on clean clothes. 5. Wash/dry remaining dirty clothes and towel. 6. Use the plastic bag to separate your belongings from your backpack. 7. No need to wash down sleeping bags; run them through a hot dryer only.
