Members from our Encore Senior Citizens donated a pack, made up of much needed food and other grocery items to our security guard, Christoph at the High School campus, to show appreciation for the friendly way he always greets members at the high school gate. Handing the hamper over to Christoph is Julie Londt, Elkanah House mom and volunteer for the Encore Club Committee.

Once again Grade 3 pupils held a homemade cake sale in aid of saving our Rhinos. Proceeds were donated to the Rhino Foundation.

Some of our high school pupils provided a peer-led mobile lesson intervention, teaching practical lessons on several disciplines including dance to the children at West Riding.

Some grade 7 pupils have been helping refurbish school shoes to donate to underprivileged communities. Don't forget to leave your old school shoes behind on the last day of school, should you wish to do so. Boxes will be placed at all the campus entrances.

For Wold Rhino Day high school pupils sold badges to raise funds for donations to the NGO on behalf of Elkanah House's contribution towards this iconic cause. They raised R 875,00 in donations.

Sunningdale Preparatory “adopted” the police station for a day to show appreciation for their selfless work. Each pre-primary class made sandwiches to deliver to them. Grade 1 pupils made cards and grade 2s made posters. The Grade 3 pupils delivered the gifts, accompanied by hot chocolate or cappuccino which they then gave to the police officers on the day.
