Caroline Andrin- In 1995, I started by creating paper molds that allowed me to make simple geometric shapes. My intention was to focus on the opening of the room, passing between the outside and inside. Tactile contrast between the structure of cardboard on the outside and the material of the porcelain casting inside. This work was awarded at the Federal Competition of Applied Arts in 1996 and represents the starting point of my ceramic work I pursue today.
