Dinner tonight was 💣 I spiralized some sweet potato and added some bbq chicken, half an avo, and roasted broccoli with a sprinkle of sunflower seeds! By @leefromamerica 2 words: broccoli rice. turmeric + harissa roasted chicken on a bed of broccoli rice with ghee sautéed mushrooms, arugula micro greens, watermelon radish, beet sauerkraut and a big avocado. to make broccoli rice, its so easy! just peel + chop a floret of organic broccoli (use the stalks, too!) then pulse it a few times in the food processor until you get a rice consistency. I like it doused with some lemon + olive oil before eating. #leefromamerica #bowlsbylee
