full recipe is in the link in my bio on my website. Abridged recipe below RECIPE 1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and line a @williamsonoma 8in. Square pan with 2 sheets parchment. Mix 1 stick melted butter, 1 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp salt together in a bowl. Pack into the pan and bake for 20 minutes. 
2. Meanwhile, melt 1 stick of butter in a pan over medium. Add 10 oz kataifi shredded filo. Cook for 15 minutes until golden. Dump into a bowl. Add 2 cups of pistachio cream or spread (I love @eatpistakio), 3/4 cup @soomfoods tahini, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp salt. Mix and dump into the cake pan over the shortbread. 3.
