Pancakes - 1 cup     Almond Flour, 1 Tbsp     Phsyllium Husk, 3 Tbsp     Butter, 1/4 cup     Cream, 3     Eggs, 2 tsp     Baking Powder, 1 cup     Water, A squeeze     Lemon.Combine butter and flour, add rest, blend with stick blender.  let sit 5-10 min. oil skillet with coconut oil. add thin layer, cook on med heat.
