Willie Bester, Forced Removal    Young artists such as Willie Bester in Cape Town and Sam Nhlengethwa in Johannesburg used the Art Centres to formulate their beginnings in a turbulent era.    The prevailing mood was not to be crushed and in 1976, the Soweto uprisings transformed SA into a living hell for those who were forced to live on the dark side of apartheid.
