Chipotle Chicken Lettuce Wraps / Bev Cooks - made 3/4/13. I made this as 4 servings and served with cilantro lime rice instead of the lettuce wrap. This was very good, but hot, I used 3 chipotles. Good thing I like heat :) It looked very pretty too. I ended up with 14oz of chicken after cooking, so each serving of chicken etc was 242. -Julie
