Let’s talk deep squats I’m a huge fan of a deep squat, I kid you not, I will even chill in a deep squat if I’m doing something low down and it calls for it😂 My boyfriends mum used to see me in these deep squats and would tell me FUN FACT ethnic minorities are known to have less hip replacements, she would say it’s because a deep squat is their version of sitting on the floor. Now obviously this isn’t backed by scientific research, but a quick google did confirm that ethic minorities do in fact have less hip replacements.. very interesting… is she into something? Maybe! (It’s on my to do list to read the rest of the articles on the topic later🙃).
