These are fast workouts that you can do at home, NO gym needed, minimal equipment (jump rope and a space to do sprints (ally or sidewalk wpuld work, or go to the track and take your jump rope). I love doing 2 minutes of rope at a time on days when I know im cramped for time. It really honestly does get your heart rate going. I do 2 minutes with each circuit I do.
