Raggio di Luna Nails: very in and easy to do. -Make a base coat -Add a color -Chose your outer color -Take a sewing pin, I prefer the flat one -Take a pencil with a full eraser -Put the pin into the eraser, make sure it's stable! -Dip your pinhead on the outer color and just do dots around the out line.
