Tried it - very yummy! cheesy chicken & wild rice casserole: healthy food that tastes delicious, plus it's so easy to make. Skip the garlic salt and add some chopped garlic instead. Tried this with brown rice too and loved it.
Oven-Roasted Cauliflower with Garlic, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice & Parmesan Cheese. --- when I made this, I didn't like all the lemon juice. I added a whole lot more Parmesan than the recipe called for :) but I would use much less if any lemon juice.
Hot Cheesy Corn Dip- added cream cheese & sautéed vegetables all together. Added spices and salt to mayo mixture. Also topped with cheese at the end of baking time and then added cilantro to cooked dip.
