Savoury tart / Souttert Recipe 2 eggs 1 tsp mustard 1 cup of milk 1 tsp parsley 25ml oil 1 cup grated cheese 18ml flour salt and pepper small onion chopped viennas / cold meat chopped Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 180c for 45 mins. Serves 12

Die vulselbestanddele kan afgewissel word met bv. spinasie en fetakaas, of geroosterde groente. Pak ’n souttertjie in saam met ’n lae-GI-rolletjie, ’n paar wortelstokkies en ’n klein vruggie.
