1. In a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, mix the flour, salt, and water until a soft, pillowy dough forms that cleans the side of the bowl, about 30 seconds.  2. Generously flour a work surface and pat the dough into a 6-inch square using a pastry scraper as a guide. Flour the dough, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 15 minutes.  3. Kors 2 x 200 g pak sjokoladebeskuitjies, fyn gedruk 200 g botter, gesmelt Vulsel 500 g Cremora 250 ml k) kookwater 2 x 397 g.

Peppermint Crisp tart: 1 packet tennis biscuits  1 can caramel treat 2c cream - fresh 400g  Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars - grated  cover dish bottom with rows of  tennis biscuits. Whisk cream until stiff. In separate bowl mix caramel and peppermint crisp. (Keep 1/2 choc for decoration) Layer 100ml cream + caramel-choc. + biscuits. Sprinkle some peppermint crisp over and place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.  Serve with a dollop of cream or as desired.
