5min · 1 serving add 2/3 c oats, 1 tbs ground flaxseed, cinnamon, and 1 tbs sunflower butter to a bowl and then stir. add 1 1/4 c water, 1 tbs maple syrup, and some frozen blueberries to the same bowl and stir. microwave for one minute. take out and stir and then microwave again for another minute. *not pictured but important* pour out excess water! top with cinnamon, sunflower butter, and maple syrup. enjoy!
