“Parabat” - The Documentary is the working title for a sixty-minute film, documenting the history of the South African airborne soldiers from 1960 when fifteen-South African soldiers were sent to the Abington, UK to be trained as paratroopers, through the Border War, until 2013 when the younger generation paratroopers distinguished themselves in the Battle of Bangui.
