HIGH PROTEIN CHEESY GARLIC NAAN
Ingredients: 1 3/4 cup self rising flour 1 cup Greek yogurt A pinch of salt Low fat mozarella cheese, 1 cup (or more if needed) Garlic butter (to lightly brush on naan): 1 stick of butter melted 2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed 2 tbsp parsley 1-2 tsp chili flakes Salt/pepper, to taste Instructions 1. In a large bowl, combine self rising flour, non fat green yogurt, and salt then mix until it forms a dough ball 2. Cut into 8 equal pieces and roll • them up 3. Roll out the dough then add a handful of cheese to the center and fold it back up 4. Roll it back out until it's flat and circular then cook on a preheated cast iron pan on medium-high for 2-3 mins per side. Flip when it begins to bubble 5. Immediately brush with the garlic butter and top with parsley (optional) 6. Enjoy
