Doesn't this photo make your mouth water? Grilled Vietnamese Sausage! We grilled these ground pork skewers over charcoal last night and rolled them in moistened rice papers with mints, mango, cucumber and pineapple. Yum! A refreshing explosion of flavors – sweet and smoky and satisfying! The round balls are the traditional style, but notice how I shaped the ground pork when I cooked it in the oven, as shown here in one of my earliest video efforts. Definitely an O-M-Goodness recipe!!!
