I love reading about the call on Moses' life. Exodus 3:11 is his immediate response to God's order to lead the Israelites out of Egypt. Moses says "Who am I to appear before Pharaoh? Who am I to lead the people of Israel out of Egypt?" Moses was giving an expression here of inadequacy for such a serious mission. He was just a mere shepherd in Midian what could he do? But God's calling on our life has nothing to do with us.
Job 11:13-15 Action steps: - devote your heart to Him - stretch out your hands to Him - put away sin that's in your hand - don't allow evil to dwell in your tent - lift up your face without shame - stand firm without fear ... Job 11:16-19 Promises: - you will forget your trouble - life will be brighter - darkness will disappear - you will be secure - you will have hope - you will rest in safety - you will lie down without fear - many will court your favor
You will never go so far that God can not redeem and save you. Jesus rejoices more over a lost lamb being saved by Him even more than one who is righteous. In the parable of the lost sheep, Jesus is telling us that we can't go anywhere where He can't find and pursue us. In Romans 8 we learn that we can't be separated from His love!
The Holy Spirit is the Lord's precious Grace which only dawns when we truly surrender ourselves and submit to the Will of God.There are nine fruits of the Holy Spirit, which should grow as a result of being indwelt by Him.Extra benefits are reaped!
