Traditional Cape Brandy Pudding from Food.com: South Africans love this pudding. The recipe is up on the site but this is the one I took to our "do" at MarieAlice's house and I promised to post it. Algerian Chicken & Preserved Lemon Bourek from Food.com: The fillings for bourek really are endless, I love the traditional ground lamb & parsley, the prawn & bechemel, potato & cheese........the list goes on. Here I combined ground chicken with fresh coriander & a little preserved lemon for a delicious fried snack.
