Land, water, air is a simple work for 3 year olds. They first arrange the felt mats, then add the matching bottles and labels. Finally they place the objects in the correct environment. Older children can extend this work by drawing pictures and labeling the objects. I love the bee box that I found at Goodwill. I made the objects from pictures and felt.
