🍝Baked Pasta with Cottage Cheese and Spinach Recipe🍝
Ingredients:
- 80g pasta (suggestion: linguini)
- 200g cherry tomatoes 🍅
- 120g cottage cheese
- 100g spinach 🥬
- Garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Place the pasta on a bed of spinach in a baking dish.
2. Add the cottage cheese and cherry tomatoes on top.
3. Squeeze two cloves of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and add water or broth until all the pasta is covered.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes.
