Pork spare ribs by Jan Braai...This turned out good. I baked rib racks with garlic at 300 degrees for 2.5 hrs, drained fat, cut ribs apart. Then mixed up the sauce and poured over all, covered and baked at 350 for half hour, then uncovered and finished at 350 for about half hour. I think not so much the sauce recipe as the method, and that's not even in the recipe.
Easy South African Cheesy Corn Bread 500grms self raising flour 250grm grated cheese 1 cup frozen corn 500ml buttermilk 1 large onion chopped 1pkt cheese & bacon flavor potato bake mix In a bowl mix together all the ings reserving a little grated cheese Spoon the dough into one large greased loaf tin or two smaller greased loaf tins top with extra cheese Bake for about one hour at 180 or until golden and cooked through Served with BBQ.
Potato Mushroom Bake......with onion, garlic, cream, onion soup powder, butter cheese and breadcrumbs. This recipe has no meat in it. If you want meat, I'd see no problem with adding ground beef or maybe shredded chicken!
