Considerably harder & smaller than the "all-terrain" & "cruiser" wheels "street" wheels are the preferred choice for more technical skating like trick skating & tech-freeriding.  Because they're smaller they aren't as heavy as the previous categories so are easier to get off the ground for ollies and the like. All polyurethane is not the same - different manufacturers make use of different formulas (chemical compositions) for their thane & this changes the entire feel of a wheel.  Rebound - how quickly the thane returns to its initial shape after being compressed - is crucial as a wheel is constantly compressing & uncompressing driving itself forward. Round-lipped wheels have the most progressive transfer from grip to slip & often tend to be the most predictable when sliding.  Bevel-lipped wheels are the in-between round- & square-lipped wheels. Their lips are cut so that you have a contact patch on the very edge of the wheel leaving them not as grippy as a square-lipped wheel but not as slide-happy as a round-lipped wheel.  Square-lipped…
