Cape Capensis, Baked With Herbs (Hake) Recipe - This tasted good, but the fish did seem too dry. Perhaps more butter next time and a little less topping. I used panko bread crumbs instead of the chex / potato flake combo. Would also be better with real lemon juice instead of the bottled that I had on hand. Our family only eats 3 small fillets so I cut the recipe in half and still had more than enough.
Really tasty hake recipe - super quick but full of flavour. Love the way the lime and coriander mix to make it really tangy. The topping makes it really filling even just served with veg - asparagus is the best with it - yum!
