Sonia shared this on FB yesterday and I had to rush home to try them. And they were incredibly satisfying. They were crunchy, I couldn’t believe there was no flour! Unfortunatetly, I didn’t have any cream cheese when I got there and thought I couldn’t make them: I made one substitution and they still worked!! This is her picture, mine is below. Thank you so much for sharing Sonia!! I highly recommend everyone trying these out!! And you may want to make more than one batch! 1 egg white 2 oz. FF cream cheese (I used 2 Laughing Cow Light Cheese wedges) 2 T cornstarch 1 t baking powder 1 pinch of salt and you can add: minced onion, onion salt, oregano, garlic, any flavor you like… You just beat everything together until creamy, spray a cookie pan with cooking spray, put one spoonful on it and spread it out thin. She made 4 tostada size, but you can make like little crackers too. She sprinkled sesame seeds on top. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min (depending on the size), until golden and crispy….. They taste like pita chips, I really like them….
