Italian Tortellini Soup is hearty and warm but not heavy. Perfect for Fall or any time of year. Sausage, carrots, tomatoes and Parmesan chee...

•1 Tbsp. olive oil •2 diced onion •1 1/4 tsp. ground cumin •1 tsp. ground turmeric •1/2 tsp. ground coriander •1/8 tsp. ground cardamom •sprinkling of crushed red pepper flakes •4 garlic cloves, minced •4 1/2 cups vegetable broth •1 large head of cauliflower •1 cup canned coconut milk.  Saute aromatics in olive oil, add broth & cauliflower, roaring boil, simmer until tender.  Blend.  Back into pot, add coconut milk.  Bring back to heat.  Top with dill & black pepper.
