Ingredients: 21/2 cups organic all purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1/3 cup olive oil or tallow 1/2 cup warm water 1 cup sourdough discard 1. Add flour and salt to the bowl of a stand mixer and mix using the dough hook. 2. Then add in the sourdough starter, oil and water and mix on low. 3. Allow the dough to knead for 2-3 minutes until combined, add more flour or water if needed. 4. Let the dough to rest for 10 minutes. 5. After 10 minutes, place on a floured surface and cut into 16 equal pieces. 6. Roll the dough into balls, on a floured surface, roll out each piece of dough as thin as possible, and place in a preheated cast iron skillet. 7. Cook on each side 30 seconds, until it is browned. 8.
