Jackson, MS on May 5, 1975. Special Benefit Show the Col arr w/Elvis to raise money for the Jan 9, 1975 McComb Twister Victims. $113,674.88 was raised. Through Mississippi Gov Bill Waller’s intervention, the Coliseum was provided free for 10,242 fans. Elvis /Colonel contributed souvenir sales money and paid for advertising/ production ($35,000). Check for $113,674.88 presented to Gov Waller, who said, "it was an historic occasion. This is the biggest Benefit in the State.”
