This salad is quick, nutritious, and makes a fantastic filling for sandwiches or a topping for fresh greens.  In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped eggs, and diced avocado.  In a separate small bowl, mix the mayonnaise (or yogurt) with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.  Gently fold the dressing into the chicken mixture until evenly coated.  Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve on toast, in a sandwich, or over greens.
