Zucchini lasagna roll-ups. Good but have to cut zucchini strip VERY thin. Some of mine that I thought were thin enough snapped when I rolled them. End result was pretty watery.

- In a saucepan over medium heat bring to boil: •1 cup of water •1 cup of stevia •2 scoops of Protein Drink Mix (we use the Vanilla) •2 scoops of Formula 1 Shake Mix (we use Dutch Chocolate) - Stir until it comes to a boil. - Add 1 tablespoon of PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter) - Stir until is becomes melted together - Lower the heat - Add 1 cup of all natural whole grain oats, stir until mixed well - Spoon out each "cookie" on wax paper or foil, and let sit for 30 minutes…
