This is my version of a healthy pecan pie. And with only 6 ingredients and no baking they are super easy to make too. The crunchy base is gluten-free with crushed up pecans combined with nut butter, maple and a little coconut oil. The gooey topping is sticky and delicious with dates and more pecans.
