Take your pool noodle and slice it down the middle but not entirely all the way through. Then wrap the pool noodle around your hula hoop. You'll need an extra pool noodle to cover any area that didn't get covered with the first one. Okay. Then use some duct tape from Dollar Tree to take the pull noodles into place. Now get some garland and wrap it around the pool noodles. You can use zip ties to tie them into place. You can get garland at Dollar Tree. It's just not very full so I prefer to get mine elsewhere. Okay. Now get some fake flowers. I went ahead and I cut down the wire and then push these flowers through the pool noodle. Again you can buy flowers at Dollar Tree. However, they don't look very realistic so I get mine from Amazon. Okay. We're going to be hanging this. To do that, I'm going to use a plant hanger from Dollar Tree and zip ties. All you have to do is zip tie the plant hanger into place. Hang this up, I'm using a ceiling hook. I got it for about a dollar at the hardware store. They're really inexpensive. You can hang this on a string outside. That's up to you but after you hang it up, add some more flowers and then what I did is I got some hanging leaves and I went ahead and I pushed that at the bottom of the chandelier so it looks really nice. That's how I made this beautiful flower chandelier using Dollar Tree products as the main base. If you want to see more DIYs like this, make sure to leave a flower emoji in the comments.
